There are many buyers out there, be they first time, move-up,
or down-size buyers that have been sitting on the fence. Now these folks will get the chance to make
their move because of the extension and the new credit for anyone.
Hopefully, this the passage of this extension will help
curtail some of the foreclosure and excess inventory problem as seen in many
parts of the country. The initial First
Time Buyers Tax Credit did help here in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire but when it was nearing its
end the market did start to show a slowing of activity in some areas.
Now with this news we all hope to see a
renewal of interest that will bump the economy.
As we know there are many businesses and professionals that are very
closely tied to the real estate business.
When a slowdown comes along it is like the proverbial wet blanket gets
tossed over us all.
This is positive news that should give us all a boost!
